Affiliate links
Some posts on Hoof Notes Journal contain affiliate links. If you buy something through one of these links, I may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. I only recommend products I use, would use, or genuinely think are useful for beginner riders and their families.
Personal experience, not professional advice
Everything on this site is based on my own experience as a beginner rider and parent. It is not professional riding instruction or veterinary advice. Always follow the guidance of a qualified riding instructor, and ask a vet about anything related to your horse’s health.
